My name is Penny Joy. Originally from Winnipeg, my family and I have been living in Alberta since 2000. After my first treatment in 2024, I knew I needed to know more about reflexology. I love the fact that such a gentle treatment affects every system in our body. I have a lifelong interest in healthy living: diet, exercise and prevention of disease. Reflexology treatments are a regular part of my health plan and I would love to be a part of yours.
